I rang Tony as my daughters laptop was freezing and presenting a white screen. I called him he took the laptop the same day and returned it the next. It was riddled with viruses as we had suspected. Tony connected it back to internet, tested it again and explained what had been done in plain English. He also repaired a loose connection. He was a really nice friendly chap, i would recommend him to anyone.
